Dolcelia is a laboratory of deliciousness where tasty baked treats are prepared especially for people who avoid gluten or have intolerances – proving that eliminating a fewingredients can still leave flavor intact, with quality at par with traditional recipes.
The original interiors break free from the canon of traditional pastry shops. The counter, which usually is the brightest highlight of similar spaces, takes a step back to create a more ample area for clients to sit down and enjoy a break. The shared seating faces the counter to favor movement around the central space, recreating the typical layout of Parisian café tables.
The visual identity declares Dolcelia’s core concept and business focus, with illustrations that synthetize into outlines sandwiches, pizza slices, cookies, croissants, doughnuts and other specialties, representing the essence of products – which remain full of flavor, even without gluten and other ingredients.
The illustrations used throughout the communication system become part of the decor, as physical elements on the walls.
Copy is integrated with the illustrations, using onomatopoeias to express how delicious Dolcelia’s products are.
