Interior

Concept

The concept at the basis of this apartment’s renovation was “space as an interior landscape”. Creating a privileged point of view within the home allows the owner to enjoy a full view of both its interior and exterior.

Interior

Development

Eliminating all separation walls, spaces are re-distributed exclusively according to natural light: most of the floor plan is therefore used for gathering, while only the most remote part of the open space is destined for rest.
The sleeping area is built inside a recess, defined by a large window and double-leaf door that face the living area: it is a private alcove that is strategically placed, so it is screened from the outside – despite the many views over the courtyard – yet allows for a full view of the space, both interior and exterior.
