Mobilia

Concept
Villa Crespi‘s eclectic style stems from its rich layering of architectural elements over time. Therefore, it is only fitting that Mobilia, a new line of furniture designed ad hoc for the restaurant, veranda and cocktail bar, plays with references and remixes, adding a new layer that is independent yet perfectly in line with the sumptuous context of the villa.
Development
The Mobilia line celebrates Villa Crespi’s style, selecting Calacatta gold and Emperador marble as its signature materials. The classic, traditional carving and finishing of these two fine but contrasting stones is balanced within contemporary structures in black, matte iron. Slender and light, furniture seems to disappear into the rich architecture, yet allows the precious nature of marble and champagne details to emerge.

As the most precious element in the restaurant, the sideboard is completely built in Calacatta gold marble and champagne-color sheet metal.

The coffee table set was designed to allow elements to overlap perfectly.

The handbag hanger is the smallest element in the line, a detail that contributes to making clients’ experience exclusive.

A classic tableware element, the champagne bucket is reinvented as an independent decor piece for Villa Crespi.

The series of fixed gueridons highlights the colonnade, integrating with the space between the columns.

The restaurant gueridons are fixed or mobile: the latter can be extended or compressed.
