Intagli is the collection of SM’art decorative panels by lamatilde, amplifying the collaboration between the two companies.
Inspired by nature and traditional wood craftsmanship, the collection flexibly adapts to a wide variety of contexts – from residential to commercial spaces – blending contemporary design with natural expression, finally achieving an essential versatility that adds a precious touch to any environment.

The printed decoration stands out for the linearity of its organic motif, displaying a “universal” texture that resembles wood with no particularly marked vein, so it’s not immediately associated with a specific grain.
The finish features grooves that add original materiality to the surface and a craftsmanship feel to the product, offering a realistic sensation to the touch.
A video was written and produced for the collection’s communication campaign, highlighting Intagli’s natural inspiration and outstanding characteristics.
The stars of the video are sculptural compositions created with Intagli panels, which echo the expressive signature by Sm’art and, at the same time, resemble architectural volumes to evoke the studio’s main area of expertise.
The compositions represent portals, elements that open interiors and connect them with the outdoors, emphasizing how Intagli enables an ideal opening towards nature, directly from one’s home or work environment.
