Rosticceria Lorenzini – a family-run business born in Piedmont’s countryside many years ago – finally brings its high-spirited energy to the city of Turin. Exuberance, expertise and original dishes are the winning ingredients of this free-range (in Italian, “ruspante”) recipe.

Development

Ruspante, the Rosticceria’s new urban brand, clearly stems from the Lorenzini family’s candid approach. Its bold and ironic visual language channels the story of its founders, overlapping the portraits of family members with graphic elements inspired by a world that is rural and light-hearted. Reflecting the Rosticceria’s journey into the city, food is presented through photographs with a strong urban feel – printed on poster paper to maintain the project’s direct and people-friendly nature.

Ruspante’s interiors let a rustic side shine through, with features such as walls textured like soil stroked by a rake, a brick-covered counter and details in materials that echo country life, like metal grill partitions.
