Part butcher’s shop, part grill restaurant, part bistro: WeGrill offers the clients of Turin’s Nova Coop mall on Via Botticelli the atmosphere they’d find at their trusted meat market, so they can choose the cut they want cooked.
An innovative restaurant format, to access and explore the many facets of grilling’s culinary culture.

A versatile graphic motif, generated via parametric software, gives a playful interpretation of the grill pattern, breaking it up and reassembling it in many different variants, to echo the richness and variety offered by grilling in cooking.
Grills are featured throughout the space: milled on the counter, printed on wallpaper, laser-cut into the sheet metal of the faux ceilings and structures behind the signs.
Functional furniture pieces, such as benches and service stations, were custom designed and made, and contribute to further define the venue’s identity – a mix of different personalities, brought out by the neon signs and their lively and bold language.
The neon signs, visible from outside the restaurant through large windows, invite passersby to come in and discover WeGrill’s delicious menu.
